Car was fixed and delivered sooner than promised

The team at Copeland are a pleasure to deal with. My one concern is that one of my main issues was not resolved, which is something I didn't realize until a few days after the visit. I will contact them again and see what they suggest for a fix. It's just that it is an hour and a half trip each way this time of year to get there, plus the waiting times, so it is just a big inconvenience

Wet helpful friendly service

I was not happy with the outcome of my visit. I WAS dealing with Tom, but the main issue never got addressed. I had been in before complaining about my transmission banging into gear or locking up while driving at various speeds. I was told they couldn't duplicate it and I told them to drive it on the highway I didn't care how far. He assured me that they had and drove 20 miles, but it would not duplicate the problem. However when I looked at the odometer they had only driven 20 miles (this was also stated on work paper I was given) I hate being lied to. They did some other work to my truck. I then 2 days later took my truck on the highway and sure enough I was jolted by the truck locking up or jumping gears.. I then proceeded to capture this on video and brought my truck back to Copeland Chevy. This time I had a friend of mine that is a diesel mechanic at Ford of Hyannis come in with me. He had spoke to his GM at Ford showed him the video and briefed him on the past experiences I have had with Tom at Chevy dealership. I am now currently going through Craig at Chevy who is keeping me ,and my friend at Ford, up to date with what they are doing with my truck. I still do not have my truck, but they promised I would get it back or give me a vehicle I need for an upcoming camping trip that I need to tow my trailer with. Still waiting, I can not believe I had to have a Ford dealership talk to the Chevy dealership to get them to take me seriously.

Service here is wonderful. I can get everything done so quickly. Staff helpful and keep me informed as to what’s needed next time. So helpful.

Well I love my truck but having radio problems…been I twice for updates…getting a little old

2018 Corvette purchased in May 2026 with 1075 miles @ Copeland displaying error messages after I’ve driven it less than 800 miles (currently at 1900 total miles). Diagnosing the issue and replacing one spark plug NOT covered by GM warranty and had to be paid out of pocket. Service manager did discount the invoice however, it seems a bit unusual that after complete CarBravo certification by the dealer just 800 miles ago, this problem occurred. Hopefully, this low mileage Corvette doesn’t have recurring problems. Overall, “H” and the Service Manager were great to deal with.

Recorded phone line when called is distorted and garbled making it very difficult to understand the technician.
