Professional and efficient

My 2012 Buick Regal was in for an oil change and they rotated the tires. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Recommended over $200 of service for air filter/cabin filter without actually checking condition. Filters had been changed the week prior and were new. When confronted about this I was told the tech doesn’t actually inspect the filters they only make recommendations on mileage. Also found coolant low and not refilled or reported. In contrast I take my wife’s Kia to that dealership and with an oil change and tire rotation they provide me with a car wash, full inspection and top off of fluids, inspection of breaks, tires, filters and wipers. Very disappointed by the lack of care, service and attention to detail at this Chevy Dealership.

I was in and out very quickly. Comfortable waiting area
