George was fantastic. I knew what I wanted when I walked in, and George did all he could to facilitate my wish becoming reality. It was my first time ever financing a new vehicle, and while I was nervous walking in, within a couple of minutes of meeting George, that anxiety vanished. Bill also did an exceptional job outlining all of the pertinent information related to my auto loan, something else that had made me feel quite nervous. Between the two of them, I walked away feeling quite satisfied.

I started at the Parts Department window with a DIY for the Driver's side mirror replacement, but in this weather...I probably would have destroyed the door pad during the R&R... and the service department pre-heats the cars before they work on them... that was a no-brainer!! So, the Parts Dept. and the Service Dept. got together... and three days later, a new mirror was installed. I needed an oil filter change...they got it done...and my inspection was up...they got it done in the same appointment @ the same labor rate as my local mechanic.
