Well I love my truck but having radio problems…been I twice for updates…getting a little old

2018 Corvette purchased in May 2026 with 1075 miles @ Copeland displaying error messages after I’ve driven it less than 800 miles (currently at 1900 total miles). Diagnosing the issue and replacing one spark plug NOT covered by GM warranty and had to be paid out of pocket. Service manager did discount the invoice however, it seems a bit unusual that after complete CarBravo certification by the dealer just 800 miles ago, this problem occurred. Hopefully, this low mileage Corvette doesn’t have recurring problems. Overall, “H” and the Service Manager were great to deal with.

Recorded phone line when called is distorted and garbled making it very difficult to understand the technician.

Brake fluid flush was performed in a timely manner.

Tom was a very efficient employee!! Koodoos to him and the repair department!!

When you’re 85 years old, I am so impressed with Nicholas’s performance and persistence to get our vehicle serviced promptly and efficiently! Thank you so much, you should be proud to have him as a member of your company !!!

Everyone in the service department that I interacted with was friendly helpful and anxious to ensure I had a pleas@nt experience while there.my car was serviced as needed in a timely fashion and a loaner car was made available due to the time it required to complete the work.
