Excellent experience. Everything worked smoothly. The loaner was very nice. Hephzibah Harris, my Service rep, was very good, helped me with my GM rewards and was so very pleasant! I have been a customer of this dealership since 2011. Have purchased four Chevys and been very happy with all of them and your service department.

Appointment scheduled the week before,. They took my vehicle in right when I got there. The work was done in a timely manner. The staff was courteous and helpful, the waiting area was clean comfortable and they even had refreshments. Overall a great experience.
